I have been to a lot of barbers over the years, and Lily is by far the most talented. She really takes the time to listen to what you want and offers great advice on how to achieve the perfect look. The shop has a great, welcoming vibe, and the conversation is always enjoyable. You can tell she's passionate about her craft. I'm a client for life!

Lily is the only one I let cut my hair. She does an amazing job, really good at mid length hair on men. Also a wonderful person - highly recommend.

Mill Valley Barbershop is a great place for a guy to get a really excellent haircut. Lily is just wonderful and her attention to detail is laser-focused. Her scissoring technique is downright artful. I've lived in Mill Valley about 15 years and have been to my share of barbers, but Lily takes the cake and will certainly be my go-to hair engineer from here on out. Go. You won't regret it.
