This is probably the best experience at a nail salon I've ever had. The customer service is outstanding among other nail salons I've been to. They are very intentional and personable. My girlfriend and I loved having good conversation with Christine and Jenny while getting Mani/Pedi's. They were very kind to us and treated us well. Very relaxing and high quality treatment. Prices are very good. 10/10 would recommend.

I had an amazing experience at this nail bar today! The salon was clean, relaxing, and very welcoming from the moment I walked in. Ty did my nails, and he is absolutely incredible. He was patient, professional, and very detail-oriented. He took his time and made sure everything was perfect. My nails came out completely flawless — the shape is beautiful, the polish is smooth, and the finish looks so elegant. You can really tell Ty takes pride in his work and cares about his clients. This is honestly one of the best nail experiences I’ve ever had in my entire life. I will definitely be coming back to Ty and recommending him to everyone! I had such a great experience at Milano Nail with Ty! He was super sweet and took his time asking all the right questions to make sure my nails turned out absolutely perfect. You can tell he really cares about his work and his clients. The salon itself is very clean and welcoming, which I loved. As a first-time client, I also received 10% off, which was a nice bonus. Jade was great. She seems close to my age I’m 25 btw ) we got a long well. She listened to me recreated my inspiration photo. I had a delicious mimosa while getting my service. Definitely a luxury experience . It was clean . Plus I got 10% off for being a 1st time customer and a small goodie.

I’ve been a loyal customer at this salon for over a year, spending more than $250 every visit. I came in today with a specific cat-eye nail design and even showed a video of exactly what I wanted but that’s not what I got at all. The gold dust was smeared, the black underneath was showing through, and the finish just looked messy. Even the owner looked and admitted he didn’t really see the design either, yet I was still charged full price. Ben has done my nails before, and while I tried giving him another chance after a previous issue, this time confirmed it for me I felt like just a dollar sign, not a valued customer. On the other hand, Julie is always amazing. She does toes perfectly every time, and I truly appreciate her work. After today, though, I probably won’t be coming back. Fai
