I had a 4:00 PM appointment and my nail tech, Andy, was running slightly behind with another client. He did still finish my nails on time, which I appreciate, but I felt like the service was rushed as a result. He did a good job with the shape and length — that part turned out exactly how I asked. However, the French tip lines (which cost extra) were done very quickly and ended up much thicker than I wanted for the short nail length I chose. I tried to communicate that I wasn’t happy with how thick the lines were, but there seemed to be some difficulty understanding each other, and I didn’t feel fully heard. I visited Milanos Nail Spa for the first time during their 1-year anniversary and opted for The Star Pedicure. Lindsay was my pedicurist, and the actual pedicure experience was pleasant, no complaints there. However, as that day went on and a day or two later, I realized I wasn’t happy with how my toes looked. At first, I thought it might’ve been the color I chose, but the real issue seemed to be that no top coat was applied. The polish looked dull and flat, lacking that finished shine I expected. On top of that, the more I looked, the more I noticed how uneven my toenails were shaped. I really wanted to love this place, especially for a special occasion, but the final result just didn’t meet expectations. Hoping for more attention to detail next time.

So my friend here wanted a sharp bat design with a cat eye tip and got a cartoony bat that more resembles a cat. The design that was requested is popular online and was even on the salon's slideshow, so we really thought it was within this salon's capability. Unfortunately, her tech only looked at the reference image once and then decided to add eyes on to it without consulting her about the decision. We went in today since one of her nails popped off and we asked if we could get the design fixed as well. They insisted it would be too expensive and to wait 7 days instead and get a whole new set. We told them she starts a new job in a few days and they insisted again saying they'll be better for Halloween. Okay. We felt really dismissed, but we're not ones for confrontation so we just paid

None of cuticles been cleaned or trimmed. Worse manicure and pedicure I ever got. Very disappointed. I don’t see very well so didn’t notice it there, but looked closer once I got home. Look at those pictures. Is that type of service people should pay $150? That’s insane

Holy crap this place is unreasonably expensive! Basic nails for a very expensive price. I got an ombré French tip with one flower and a French tip pedi for $200!!!! How crazy is that?? The work was ok, but for that price I would have expected perfection! I’ve gotten my nails done all around Arizona and this by far was the most overpriced place ever. I’m genuinely shocked that I paid that much for a mani/pedi. I drove out of my way to come here and truly regret it. I think they’re way too focused on being quick and ready (music/free alcohol) instead of providing true/reasonable service. I will never return.
