Milani Cosmetics Corporate

I've been a fan of several Milani products for ages now, but someone in their packaging department has definitely screwed up. The original compacts for the Conceal and Perfect Powder wasn't amazing and would often break in a handbag or makeup pouch before it ran out, but the new packaging is abysmal. It's not only that they've gone super cheap, but you barely have room in it for even a tiny sponge, there's no mirror, and it looks like it's going to break any monent. The product still seems ok, but this is the sort of thing that makes you want to try new products. Pretty disappointing stuff.

If I had the option I would not give Milani Cosmetics any stars. First off, I placed and paid for an order on 1-14-25 it is now 2-25-25 and I still have not received my order. I’ve contacted Milani’s customer service MANY times and they will not assist me with resolving this issue. The USPS that was supposed to receive my order stated that they had never even received a package from Milani to send out to me. I was looking forward to trying out this cosmetic line for a long time. I will never recommend it to anyone and will never support this company ever again. Please, if you MUST try Milani Cosmetics, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE.

Impossible to contact. I ordered 12 lipsticks, only got 8. Need a refund. Googled to find a phone number which doesn't even work and prompted me to buy a Life Alert device. What a scam. I want my money back and am resorting to disputing the charge with my credit card. Disappointing experience.

I ordered products from Milani and was told my order shipped 1/14/23. Today is 2/9/23 still haven't received the order. I have emailed them several times and the reply to my email is that they are taking care of the problem but they aren't specific at all. What problem? When will I receive my order? Nothing.... I really love Melani's beauty products, they have everything, the quality is wonderful, the prices are excellent, I love everything.❤️❤️❤️
