I saw Nhi for a hard gel fill. When I tell you she provides impeccable service?? She prepped my nails and cleaned up my cuticles, and really took her time. Shes a perfectionist - which I really appreciate! It was pretty quiet -Wednesday afternoon - nice R&B playlist in the background but not too loud. My nails look awesome - and I'll be back!

Tiffany Santiago Is who does my nails and she always makes sure she pays attention to detail, make sure your shaping is right etc. I can literally close my eyes go to sleep, wake up and know my nails will be on POINT! Tiffany is literally the best nail tech I’ve ever been to! I’m so glad I found her! Her work looks so perfect it’s hard to believe the designs are real and not stickers lol! These grinch nails she did for me are my favorite nail designs I’ve ever had!!! She is so sweet too! Go see her you won’t regret!

This was my first time going and service was decent but the final product was nothing like I asked. The polish is very thick due to the guy putting so many coats of polish. He first put black, then silver, then the color I asked. Then he only did one finger at a time so it made everything take way longer than it needed to be. I feel like I was over charged for the service. When I tried to ask for what I want it seemed like a problem but I should be provided what I’m paying for. I’m overall not too satisfied with it.

I honestly love this place! They are all super professional and nice. The place is very clean and well kept. I get my nails don’t by Destinee and she is truly amazing and very creative! So glad I’ve finally found a charlotte nail tech o can trust with not just my acrylic are also my natural nails!
