I recently visited Milan Sam’s Nail Supply in Garland and was genuinely impressed. Five stars without hesitation. Here’s what stood out: From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and helped me find exactly what I needed. Their product selection is excellent — a wide variety of polish colors, nail tools, gels, acrylic supplies, and more. Every item I handled looked high-quality, well organized, and properly priced. What I appreciated most was the honesty and knowledge of the staff. When I asked questions about which gel brand would best suit my style, they didn’t try to upsell; instead they listened carefully, explained pros & cons, and helped me make an informed decision. That level of service showed they truly care. The store is clean, easy to navigate, and well stocked.

I love shopping at Milan Sam Nail Supplies in Garland! They have a wide variety of nail products — everything I need in one place. The store is always well organized, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Their customer service is excellent, and they always make sure I find what I’m looking for. My wife owns a nail spa. She needed to replace her hot towel machine. She had started doing business with Milan / Sam’s Nail Supply for a month or so and purchased one with them. We arrived to pick up the unit and noticed that the box had been opened and taped closed again (rather sloppily I might add). I said that I should probably have a look but the two young men there, both cleanly and trustworthy looking told me they had opened it just to make sure it was ok and that there was no need to check it again, so we took it back to the shop. Upon arriving at the shop and opening the box we were shocked at the condition the unit was in (see photos). There were some serious dents and other signs of ware.
