My experience with Amelia was a complete disaster. After my initial haircut, I returned for a second appointment. When asked how my hair had been since the last cut, I couldn't hide my disappointment. I admitted that it had been a horrible experience, leaving me feeling embarrassed and unable to even leave the house for the entire month of June. I expressed my unhappiness and lack of enthusiasm for the upcoming hair coloring appointment. Despite this, Amelia went ahead and charged me for the color treatment, which she never even applied. To make matters worse, she proceeded to cut my hair unevenly all around my head, turning it into a nightmare situation. Even my psychologist and aesthetician couldn't help but notice the disaster on my head. Thankfully, another hairdresser was able to fix

I'm going to be very honest, I hate cutting my hair just because I never get it done right. I'm very picky when it comes to the length and style until I came here. I have never been so happy with my hair until it was cut by Yahasmin. I told her exactly what I wanted and she gave me more. She gave me some suggestions due to my hair being very heavy and thick. I was a bit hesitant after first but I took her advice because I have seen her work and she's obviously been cutting for a while. I left her salon feeling so good and now I can't have anyone else cut my hair! I recommend this salon 200% because you get quality work and time from these ladies. Never ever going anywhere else.

Yahasmin is super amazing! I walked in with very damaged hair that I thought would be impossible to be made beautiful again but Yahasmin was down for the challenge and did amazing work!! Although it will take time to get where I want, she got me closer in one visit than expected. I am so happy with the result and when I got home, my boyfriend had the biggest smile, he loved my hair as well and said this is the best he's seen it. I will keep going back to her for sure!!

I love Milan Salon and Spa. Yahasmin had been styling my hair for 10 years and has created some beautiful classic styles for me as well as some funky cuts. She is incredibly talented and innovative.

The salon itself was wonderful—clean, stylish, and welcoming. The entire experience was fantastic from start to finish.
