I have been getting my nails done for years, and I can honestly say this was the worst fill I’ve ever had. The first red flag was the check-in process. I was required to sign a form stating that “you cannot ask for a refund if the nails aren’t what you expect or want,” and that “the nail technician will do their best to achieve your vision.” Lol what? I have never signed a form like that in any salon I’ve visited. This clearly indicates an attempt to protect themselves from accountability for subpar work. I was searching for a new salon, but I now know this is not the one for me. Half of my cuticles on my left hand were cut so bad that I needed to Band-Aid them up to stop the bleeding. On fresh nails! I just wanted to share how much I love Milan Nail Shop! The atmosphere is welcoming, the people are incredibly nice, and my nail tech, Nancy, is absolutely amazing. She’s sweet, understanding, patient, and friendly. It’s so easy to talk to her—she really listens and takes her time to make sure your nails are perfect. If you’re in the Apple Valley area, Milan Nail Shop is the place to go. You’ll leave happy and totally satisfied. Nancy is my girl, but honestly, everyone there is awesome!

I’m always really happy with my nails! Nancy does such a good job. She always listens to what I want, and remembers for the next time. The salon is quiet and comfortable. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I won’t go anywhere else, I highly recommend!

I would like to start off by saying that I booked an appointment with the intention of not being rushed. My set of acrylics were definitely rushed because of two walk-in customers. My French tips were done very sloppy. The end result is ugly to look at. If the artist could not do them they should’ve just said that to begin with. I always try my best to handle upsetting situations with grace. I did mention I didn’t like them and all I heard was silence. - I also got a pedicure with Xay, she was very thorough in her job. She was very kind and sweet. My pedicure is amazing. If I had to rate on just her alone, I would give Xay 5 stars. I will be coming back for a pedicure with Xay. Unfortunately, I no longer wish to get my set of acrylic nails here again. Technique definitely needs improvement

I had a wonderful experience here! Everyone was so kind and welcoming. My nail technician was Steven and despite how busy he is, paid meticulous attention to every detail. Pricing was reasonable and I will definitely be coming back. 10/10 would really recommend this cute shop!
