The gentleman didn’t take his time, he was not very careful with me either. He kept hitting me with the filer on my hand. He used the Dremel and accidentally made a slight little cut on my finger so every time I wash my hands, my hand burns. The clear coat got all smudged and dust got underneath. The light did not cure the clear coat at all. He was also very messy with doing the dip on my nails And paint kept getting underneath making it uncomfortable. Now I have a weird bumps of nail polish under. I would definitely go back to get them fixed if I had time. I am pretty pissed off not gonna lie. TD (I think) did such an amazing job on my order dip holiday nails!!!! She even added this cool metallic finish that she made into a beautiful design with a magnet on my ring finger nails at the end. Nails are even and beautiful!

I made an appointment for a pedicure on a weekday afternoon, arrived on time and waited. Fifteen minutes went by, and I could see that there were no technicians that were even close to finishing. I asked the guy who does the scheduling if I could come back the next day. So, the next day, I drove back, on time, checked in and waited again. Two other people arrived after me and were seated at manicure tables. When it appeared that one of the manicurists was not there, the guy with the scheduling book told her to go over and get her pedicure first, sitting at the only open chair. Again, there was no technician free to give me a pedicure. Unbelievable. I walked over to the schedule guy and asked him if he was aware that he had now blown me off two days in a row. Vinny and Jenn were awesome. Not only were they able to squeeze us (out of towners) in for a busy Saturday morning appointment, but they were also able to maintain the quality and the steady flow of their work. Quality: 4 weeks later, and my nails still look great (granted, my not too attractive cuticles and nailbed started showing 😆) Professionalism: excellent communication, honesty, and not trying to sell products here. Definitely visit again whenever I am in town.

Got my nails done - I had Jennifer and Vinny. Love the nails, super well done and neat, not to mention they were very kind people. They're super busy, but they don't rush through the manicures. Inexpensive too, in comparison to other nail salons I've been to. 100% would go here again :)
