Poor customer service older lady was really irate at the fact that there processing system is out dated an needs approved authorizations. She was totally disrespectful talking over me an so forth definitely not worth it. Coming from a Licensed Instructor in Atl your products are over priced J&J across the street are much better store from product selection an presentation they have amazing customer service literally walked a crossed the street after this horrific incident an purchased same items saved 10$

Extremely friendly & kind, wonderful customer service, low prices, very broad selection, extremely colorful products. I’ve never been treated so kindly in a beauty supply before by every single lady in store. Will be shopping with them moving forward as my go to store

I unfortunately came here with the intention to go across the street to J&J and I experienced awful customer service! Small store with limited variety of products and rude cashier/owners. Please save yourself a headache and don’t go here. A zero rating would be more appropriate.

So I was in search of a new place to find beauty supplies I googled j&j on mlk and decided to try it out. omg super ghetto unprofessional so I decided to drive across the street. Very pleasant clean and professional experience. Treated like royalty. I will be returning. I'm sorry Black people's standard to each other is so low. Thanks Miky for taking pride in your establishment.

Never in my life coming back to this establishment. I have been coming here for YEARS mind you. They sold me a faulty wig that was nothing like the one I tried on, and wouldn't even exchange it. Total rip off and they do not respect or care that people come and spend their HARD EARNRD money with them. They lost a loyal customer and will continue to lose more because of their greed and unprofessionalism.
