24 hours later all I had was message they would let me know when they may have opening. Poor business manners and really big ego. Found someone who was appreciative of my business. And replied immediately No text, no messaging no making you feel like you need them and their service… when did business stop needing consumers.

Brisa was my stylist!! And I’m absolutely in love with my hair!!! She was absolutely amazing and I’m so happy with my new look!!! Highly recommend Brisa💕

Super unprofessional. I booked with a stylist who initially told me they couldn’t assist me due to the windy weather. I asked, if there was any other stylist available for the day given that I paid the deposit and really didn’t have another time available. Stylist said she could book me with another woman around 1pm. Great. Y’all at 12:53 I get a text saying the second stylist can’t assist me due to windy weather. Then the receptionist comes around and says, sorry she can’t help you due to her having another client at 1:30. So which is it? Can I not be assisted because of weather or because of overbooking? I honestly wouldn’t be so upset if I didn’t plan my day around this and get a last minute text telling me I can’t be taken care of. I could have at least tried another salon.

I had a terrible experience at this salon. I asked for a specific length, but the stylist cut my hair way shorter than I wanted. It was clear she didn’t know what she was doing, and now, four months later, my hair still looks awful. I’m just waiting for it to grow out so I can go to a real professional. Definitely would not recommend it!

Brisa Valdez is an amazing artist and she transformed my hair. From consultation to spending time in her chair she made it a great experience. Prior to coming to her I had a bad experience at another salon and was not happy with the color choice I had made. We worked together to decide on what was best, but what was also feasible with my current hair and the picture I had sent to her. Definitely recommend Brisa she went above and beyond and truly took the time to touch every strand of my hair and was extremely meticulous on color, cut and style. Mad props and kudos to Miklo for having such a good stylist. thank you!
