I saw Linh for a skin consultation and my first HALO laser treatment. I was nervous since I’d never done a laser before, but Linh explained everything clearly before the treatment and throughout, which made me feel relaxed and comfortable. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and calm. The space is beautiful, and my skin is already glowing. I highly recommend Linh and can’t wait for my next appointment.

I had a Hydrafacial with Linh at the Lakeville location and she did an amazing job. My skin has never felt or looked this good! The entire experience was super relaxing. Linh is so kind, knowledgeable, and truly great at what she does. It’s been over a week since my treatment and I’m still glowing, loving the results, and getting so many compliments on my skin. I highly recommend booking with her!

Communication and professionalism were very poor. I have been waiting since November 21st for the office to submit the order and prior authorization so I can schedule surgery, and despite multiple follow-ups, there was no communication or progress. It is difficult to reach anyone without calling multiple numbers, and there is clear confusion and lack of accountability. During an in-person visit, I was interrupted and dismissed at the front desk. Overall, the experience felt disrespectful and like a waste of time and money. I would not recommend this office or Midwest ENT, especially for patients with breathing issues.

Dr Sebastian is an exceptional and very professional doctor he listens to your concerns and he is so helpful and helping you know each step of the process that you will be going through in order to get the issue and the surgery and steps that are taken to make sure it's 100% what you are looking for.

Dr. Tolan is a sweetie‼️ I drove two hours round trip because he is such a skilled surgeon. The new office in Lakeville is palatial. Hope the practice makes a lot of money so they can build a practice in the northern tier.
