Koffeebraids Review (Suite 21): I had a disappointing experience with a stylist operating out of this location. While she was gentle with my hair and took care with my edges, the suite had a strong odor and did not appear to be clean. After getting my boho braids wet for the first time, they developed a mildew smell during the drying process. I was able to manage it with a deodorizing and antibacterial spray in order to preserve the style longer due to the cost. I was also required to make the final payment via Apple Pay rather than through the GlossGenius platform where I originally booked—a practice I later learned may violate platform policies. Aneshia is the bomb. This is our first time here and I highly recommend her....She is very knowledgeable and professional and her work is amazing. She did a silk press on my 12 yr old daughter and we will definitely be coming back.

Now, I’m not originally from Dallas. I came here to celebrate my bday, but my experience here wasn’t the best. The stylist Aneshia Brown charged me an extra 16 on my silk press. The press was supposedly discounted on her page. The original price was $50, the discounted price for me to pay was $40. When I got there she asked if I needed a trim, I said, “No, I’m sure. I don’t think I do. I had a trim about a month ago.” She then insisted that I needed a trim. Gave me a trim while she was doing my hair, then charged me for it afterwards. Every single stylist I’ve gone to have never charged me for a trim. I had no idea she would even charge me for it or I would’ve said no. I really didn’t even need it. My point, ALWAYS ask your stylist if they will charge for whatever offer they make. This one
