Nice facility and beds. Friendly staff. Came in recently after a lengthy absence and the girls were very helpful, and not pushy with selling upgrades or lotions. This is the only salon in the area we like! Thank you!

Your hours are incorrect. We went all over town looking for an open place, and there was none. I understand keeping up on things is time-consuming, but it's a necessary evil for your customers to have accurate information. We physically drove to three locations in the Grand Rapids / Wyoming area to find all three with the lights off. I did adjust my rating because I do appreciate the prompt and speedy replay. My mother-in-law loves to come here to tan. So I took her advice and I got my first spray tan. The ladies there were so helpful in the step by step process of figuring out what package was best for me.

Receptionist was friendly and good at explaining what to expect. Even when I called to make appointment, they were helpful in answering my questions. Booths are clean. Very great experience!
