Mid-Continent Instruments and Avionics

Purchased a Chronos clock with USB C/A and Standby Attitude Module for our A36 to support our G3X. Solid products. After seeing them in the Cirrus, Kodiaks and TBMs we knew that was our next step in avionics. Very knowledgeable and friendly from the sales team to the support side whenever I had questions. Hoping to get a True Blue Lithium ion battery soon!

Definitely not the company when John Winters started. Very controlling inside. You can find much better prices and work elsewhere. They're okay but do your homework.

My experience was very positive. From first call to completion of my project. Mid-Continent was responsive, informative and listened to my needs.

Very disappointing experience with this company. We had Mid-Continent Instruments and Avionics ship us a certified overhauled auto-pilot unit which did not pass the self-test once fully installed in our panel. When we returned the unit, Mid-Continent said the unit was fine, and charged us $830 in restocking fees. Furthermore, they suggested that this company certified avionics shop, which regularly installs and services this brand and type of auto-pilot, did not install it correctly. In addition to the restocking fee, we spent an additional $358 in shop labor, troubleshooting the unit, including tech time with the manufacturer. Attempts to resolve this issue with Mid-Continent were met with strict policy adherence, with more value placed on their bottom line rather than customer service.
