I strongly advise against booking with this loctician. She has repeatedly done no-call, no-shows on scheduled appointments, showing a complete disregard for her clients' time. When she does show up, she is late and her attention is everywhere but on the hair she's supposed to be working on. She is answering text messages, adjusting her ring light, watching TV, and singing and dancing. It feels like she gets easily distracted, making the entire process frustrating and unprofessional. Her work itself is extremely sloppy—my grid is nonexistent, and the overall results were far below the standard I expected. She relies too much on her trainees to do the work for her instead of putting in the effort herself, which is unacceptable. I pay for a professional to do my hair, not a student. In my op

I love my hair and let me just say how amazing she is. She explains the process and aftercare that you should follow. I got microlocs and I love the ability to wake up and go. Overall I recommend getting microlocs here.

I highly recommend this salon to get your hair done. The owner is welcoming, pleasant, and professional. The environment is clean, safe, and drama free. Culturally sensitive to all hair needs. My friends' locks were done beautifully.
