Place is trash !!!! Don’t ever waste your time ! They just for the money , if you don’t spend they purposely do a poor job ! How I come for a refill was charged 30 of what I normally pay! Always insist on what how they want your nails never again! Will be back for removal my funds ! This was 8/28/2024 mad fact I came for what I came for asked if I wanted gel like no I don’t ! This the end result like be for real !!!!!!!! Refill where ? Don’t waste your time going! If yu dun ly u dun buy! Like refund !

I go once a month for my nails and toes and eyelashes and I always can get in and out at a reasonable time. I’ve never had an issue. I’ve been going here for years. It’s a little small there, but otherwise they do great work.

The owner was rude to me when it was my turn after I patiently waited two hours for service. I only got a manicure but her body language spoke a thousand words like she didn’t want to do my nails. She forgot to file my nails and I mentioned it to her so she can file them and she argued back and forth with me. I couldn’t believe she was lying. I didn’t want her to buff my nails with the machine. I already have soft nails. I told her to use the soft file not metal machine. I brought my own polish. My nails came out nice but her attitude was rude. Some people take advantage of the community they serve because they been in that location for so long and don’t appreciate their customers. The place is really small. The chemical smell is really strong. Expect to wait up to two hours if you’re not

I’ve been going to this place since I was a teenager. They used to have great talent with low prices. Now, they just do not care. This is what I was left with after going in to get my pedicure and refill with gel polish to my finger nails. I went in on a Tuesday, went back on a Thursday because the gel polish started peeling, which I’ve never seen happen in my entire life. Nina was so lazy that she just slapped more polish on top and didn’t fix anything.. this is what I’m left with this Sunday. I have to get my nails done somewhere else and pay more money. The pedicure stations are amazing but the nails techs all suck!!

i ask the owner for a French refill . the pink she did didn’t even cover my actually nails and the acrylic. i told her and she gotten annoyed and tried to blame me when i clearly said pink and white . the French white tips aren’t even also .
