Michelle's Lincoln Ave Salon

I am actually thoroughly disappointed. Let me start by saying that all of the cosmetologists are incredibly nice. I ended up getting scheduled with Angel, who I have read a few awesome reviews about. Like I said, she's very nice too. But when I go to a salon and I have a professional cutting my hair- I expect them to listen to my hair problems and cut it in the best way that will help these problems. For example, a lot of my hair is FRIED. Not your typical split end kind of dead, but like coarse, crinkly, stripped kind of fried. Also causing hairs to stick out all over my head. That's the whole reason I went to the salon. She didn't seem to see any of the fried hair I was speaking of, but rather thought I was mistaking it for "your lighter hair that looks like it's dry."
