Don't speak English. I paid $50 ($5 tip I wouldn't have given had I seen my toes closer. When I got home and wiped off the messed up polish that was squished when she applied leaf decals, I saw that somehow she had split my toenail almost halfway down. (The polish wiped right off with a Kleenex and no polish remover!) Oh brother! Looking for a good salon in Watsonville! Also, some chairs seemed to have massagers, but the one they sat me in didn't have any controls. And I didn't notice any of the massagers working. I was appalled and disappointed, because friends had recommended this salon.

Michelle's Nails is a very nice and clean place. Michelle greeted me with a beautiful smile. And they did a great job with my nails. I will return. Thanks to everyone at Michelle's Nails. Your Great!

Just got a manicure with Michelle. It was my first experience with her and her salon and it was a wonderful one! She is pleasant, diligent and efficient. As someone who is very new to getting my nails done, I’m pretty shy and self conscious about it, but she made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. I will definitely be going back.

The lady who does acrylics (seems to be the only one that does them there btw) has a terrible attitude. She makes it obvious that she is upset even if it’s in her own language and she did a mediocre job at best. Never again.

Worst place ever to get a pedicure, save your money and don’t go to this place.
