I was very disappointed in my hair cut. Denise Trujillo was my stylist I went in with longer hair asked for a trim explained exactly what I wanted. Dont know what she was thinking but left there with the most ridiculous hair cut I've had will not go back.

❤️❤️Update: once again had a wonderful experience at Michele’s. It’s a community here of friends and family and if anyone is unhappy with anything - say it while you are here!! Michele takes pride in her work and so does the rest of the staff. Unhappy? Speak up! Don’t hide behind a review.❤️❤️ I have been coming here for 18 years. And have been totally satisfied. Michele is "Michele's" She runs a wonderful business with services you would only expect in a big city. She is always one step ahead of the fashion and she keeps the bar high. She is full service and I get all my services there. The new Eyelash tech is awesome and Carol the Massage Therapist takes away all my stress :) Sometimes I just like to pop in and shop for clothes or jewelry. The positive energy of the spa is off

Absolutely love going to Michele’s when I am in town visiting for a great manicure and pedicure and always warm and friendly conversations. The salon has that home kind of welcoming feeling that I so enjoy as coming from a big city with very unfriendly places here - is such a nice change to see warm friendly faces when I visit.

i asked for a trim which was way more then a trim when i’ve been trying to get long hair so that kind of ruined some of my progress. i asked for curtain bangs and the bangs are still very uneven and on different parts of my hair. i can’t put my hair up without my hair falling down from the sides of my head so it just was not worth my money.

I went in for a haircut a couple of weeks ago. Always have been happy with services there until this time. The lady cut her finger early on while cutting my hair. After that she spent less than 5 minutes finishing up. It was a real chop job. The right side was an inch longer than the left and the back is various lengths. I will never set foot in that salon again. Wish I could remember her name!
