First time there. Brought pictures of my hair from previous haircuts I have had elsewhere that I liked. The stylist asked a million questions but really did not know what she was doing. Hair was cut way too short w almost nothing left on top and she did not gradually cut it in to blend together. Sharp cutting lines. Thankfully my hair grows fast and I will not have this boy cut very long. Will not return!

Booking with her is always easy, and she’s consistently prompt and thorough with everything. Whether I’m coming in for a trim, a big chop, or a blowout and style, I always have such a relaxing and fun experience in her chair. Soooo I went to Michael Graham salon in Naperville today to get my haircut I chose this cuz I saw on the Nextdoor app that Lexi was looking for models She posted pictures of fabulous cuts that she did I reached out to her on the site and by email No reply I proceeded to call the salon and make an appointment I stated that I wanted Lexi who had been looking for hair models I was told there is an Alexa but goes by Lexi Uh ok Got to the appointment the stylist looked nothing like her picture on the app This one had all kids of weird piercing a short awful red hair and long coffin nails We determined that she was not the one I requested The stylist I requested is in training, hello I know that! Why didn’t they when I made the appointment!!! I let the other stylist cut S

I’ve been a client at Michael Graham for over 20 years, and Anne and her team continue to do an amazing job—they truly treat you like family. Chris is outstanding when it comes to cutting hair: perfection and consistency every single time. I never have to remind him how to cut it; he takes his time and always delivers excellent results. There is simply no better place in the surrounding suburbs to get your hair cut than Michael Graham Salon and Spa. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Love This hair salon. Everyone is very professional and a very clean place. I’ve been going to Casie for a few months now. She’s very patient and gentle with the whole process. Never forgets my tea while I’m waiting for my color to set in. Very knowledgeable about the different products that she uses on my hair. Overall a really good establishment!
