I moved to RI in 2016 but continue to order products from Michael Christopher because I couldn’t find anything that worked as well for my hair, I recently went online ordered two products, PAID (Received confirmation of the order and the payment) & I waited to receive my products, 2 weeks later I had received no further notification? I finally connected with their corporate administrator, who informed me that those products hadn’t been in stock for OVER A YEAR and didn’t know why their website had allowed me to order them? 🙀😡 seriously?? That made two of us! I got a refund and I was promised that they would send me a product in consideration of my time, I never received it nor did I hear anything further from the salon? Not very good customer service at all from a salon that was once cons

Selena is does a fantastic job on my lashes. She is super talented and will go the extra mile to make sure you are completely satisfied. My lashes have never looked better! Highly recommend her at Michael Christopher Salon. She does amazing work on color and styling.

I’ve been getting my lash extensions done by her for some months now, and my retention has been unreal. I’ve been getting lash extensions for about two years (elsewhere) and no others retention compares. She’s very thorough for sure! I love that she offers a variety of curl and length options allowing for customized looks. Always super friendly as well.

I have a lot of positive feedback based on my experience with Selina Gonzalez. This was hair & makeup for my wedding day! 1. She was an excellent communicator throughout the process. For an anxious bride like myself, working with professionals who respond to you promptly and clearly helps tremendously; I’m so glad Selina was attentive to any question I had or text message I sent (this was a few weeks leading up to the event). 2. She is flexible and accommodating. I unfortunately had to cancel my session with another makeup artist last minute, and I was really stressed out figuring out who would be available a month before the wedding. This review is long overdue but well deserved. I came into the salon in August 2019 for a make-up lesson with Amber and she did not disappoint. She was friendly, patient, and not at all judgemental of my existing make-up routine (or lack thereof). She taught me several techniques and recommended a couple of new inexpensive cosmetics to add to my collection. I would not hesitate to go back and see Amber again.
