We took my 4 year old son to Ava for a haircut. She was so great! Asked him fantastic questions and just was lovely. I saw one of her other client’s and their hair was to die for. I can’t recommend her enough! Ask for Ava!

Michelle has always done my hair and everyone I’ve referred to her are always happy. She is beyond amazing with color- I get 10-20 complements on my hair after she cuts and highlights it. The haircuts are always easy for me to upkeep because she knows my personality well. The overall experience there is relaxed and refined. I love talking with all of the stylists about everything under the sun. Go! You won’t regret it!

I have been getting my hair done by Michelle for the past three years. To say that she is awesome is an understatement. In my experience, she is incredibly intuitive about what I am looking for. I show her a picture once, describe the color and cut I am hoping for, and she goes above and beyond what I had imagined. In addition to her incredible talent as a stylist, she is also personable, kind, and professional. Michelle is a stylist who makes her clients feel comfortable taking risks with their hair or playing it safe, and she will always ensure you leave feeling like a million bucks.

I’ve been going to Michael Avery for my haircuts since at least 2008. The salon is professional, friendly and clean. Michael does a beautiful job on my hair and he’s consistent with his work. Since opening back up after being shut down for COVID, the salon has all the guidelines and precautionary measures in place to provide a safe and clean environment. They do haircuts on their big beautiful porch, which makes me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend Michael and his salon.
