I’ve been going here since I was a child, probably about 10 or so, and I’m 33 now. I always go to Ann. She is so skilled and talented, always gives me amazing layers. I had a big chop today, probably shortened my length by half, I showed Ann a reference photo of the hair color I wanted and she nailed it, as usual! I can’t believe I’ve been going here all my life and somehow never thought to give a review.

The beautician that cut my hair Ann , was amazing. She will definitely be the only person to cur my hair in the future ! Great experience ❤️

What a great experience i had today with Ann! She went the extra mile and even stayed late to make sure that I was happy with my style!

I scheduled two appointments and u didn't show cuz of been in a hospital for a while do to a stoke and heartatheart plus blood clots in my chest so I called today to schedule 3rd appointment I'm doing much better they scheduled it but than they call me back few hours later and cancel it who ever I spoke to was rude and disrespectful....I didn't miss it cuz I want to I missed it cuz of my health issue but if this is how this place feels about they customers they should be in business....there is better salons in Rockford anyways ...I LL spend my money elsewhere ..
