Miami Elite Care Hotel

DO NOT use this company! There was no water, one snack of pineapple in a week. Food not edible. No health monitoring. Did. Not follow surgeons post op instructions. No housekeeping, no personal care. I was there 7 days and no bath. They do not transport you back-and-forth to appointments they call an Uber, which you can do yourself. I spent $2450 and all I got for that was a hotel shuttle bus from the airport Uber phone calls to have an Uber pick me up outside of the first day helping me get up out of my bed to go to the bathroom when I text and asked other than that every eight hour medicine And dropping off subpar food sometimes it would get dropped off at 2 o’clock in the afternoon and it would be your lunch and your dinner, which was nothing more than some rubbery slab of meat and

I absolutely enjoyed the care the team provided!! Everyone introduced themselves, and despite the language barrier we made the communication work. The room at the best western was spacious and clean for the location , and I had the ice and vending machine right outside my door . The house keeping ladies are angels , every day they refreshed everything and made sure my room stayed sterile . My room was big enough for me to hobble around to walk for circulation, without being stared at by other guests. I enjoyed how Miami elite care attempted to accommodate my diet because I eat plant based pescatarian, but for me , some of the meals were a bit too heavy for a post op diet. I cannot say enough about my experience at Miami Elite Recovery. From pre-op to post-op, the entire team went above and beyond to make sure I was cared for every step of the way. I traveled alone but never felt alone with them. Roy, the owner, runs everything with true professionalism and heart. He made sure I had everything I needed—he even went out of his way to bring me fresh pineapple when I was craving it! Blanca, my 24/7 nurse, was absolutely incredible. She handled everything with such care—my showers, medications, meals, and overall comfort. She truly made me feel safe, cared for, and supported during my healing process. I used this company while in Miami after having multiple procedures done at one time. Roy was great and answered any questions I had and was always available to me even before my time with them. Blanca is a great nurse and very kind and I felt very comfortable in her care. I was transported back and forth to all appointments, always on time. Food was a reasonable low sodium diet. I would most definitely use them again.

The care I received at the Miami Elite Care Hotel was just like I was one of the family. Everyone was extremely nice and understanding to al concerns I may have had and addressed everything in professional manner.
