I highly recommend Miami Body Contouring and Pat Berg. I can’t believe how my body has changed. I started off with the Groupon and ended up purchasing 2 more packages. I added on a session of radio frequency and that took things to the next level. I wish I could attribute my flatter stomach and tight thighs to my gym membership but I can’t because I don’t go. My body improvements are all from the wood therapy. Pat is like an artist molding clay. She is able to focus on your individual body needs and target those trouble spots. Not only do you recieve the contoured body you are looking for, this service is great for circulation and lymphatic drainage as well.
