First of all, I love my Stylist Janeen at the North Royalton salon. She is very professional, artistic, quick, and extremely knowledgeable in her field. I love the location. However, I really don’t like the back waiting area, which is cramped with a vending machine and the most uncomfortable furniture! The cushions are awful. Please invest the money and get new and comfortable furniture. Put the vending machine somewhere else.

I always love how my hair looks after Janeen works her magic! My highlights, cuts and styling are all excellent! The compliments start rolling in after all my visits! Plus, I adore her friendly demeanor and top-notch customer service :)
