5 stars! I have come here for a while now, and they never disappoint. I just had another massage with Patricia and a manicure with Camille and once again, the service was outstanding. Thank you for being consistently great every single time. Highly recommended!

Margaret is phenomenal! Atmosphere was great! Massage was the best and she even gave me tips and tricks to help me not be so tense sitting so long in a chair for work. Can’t wait to go back. The ladies checking me in and out were wonderful as well!

The staff was extremely welcoming and kind. Everyone was courteous! My husbands nail tech had a great personality and was also kind. However, the service itself did not meet my expectations. My husband has recently spent a long time hospitalized while already having rough feet due to hard laborious jobs, which was explained prior to booking his appointment. During the service his feet seemed to look great. I think this is due to the low lighting in the pedicure area. Unfortunately, once getting home and checking them out they looked exactly the same. I really wanted to fall in love with Mgs given all the wonderful reviews. We live 40 minutes from the location and paid for the cloud9 pedicure. It would've been nice to have just been told that they wouldn't be able to assist with his situat

I’ve been a client of your salon for a long time. Today I made an appointment for my gel manicure with gel polish removal. To my surprise when I asked my technician Camille how I want my nails cut and done she told me I was only booked for gel polish removal. I told that I did my reservation online and I booked for gel manicure with polish removal. She tried to find someone to do my nails but no one did it instead they gave me an appointment for Friday. I am so disappointed because I wanted my nails for New Year. I want to cancel my appointment for Friday at 10 am and definitely I am not going back anymore.

I've had a lot of massages over the last 15+ years and Patricia is definitely at the top of my list as best massage therapists. I'd definitely recommend her and MG Grand Spa.
