The women who cut my daughters hair took off a solid 3-4 inches more the picture we gave her, plus there was hardly any styling at all. I was shrugged off when I complained and the price difference from the website was vastly different when we checked out. We were told they could “fix” it….how??!! The only reason for two stars was the nice waiting area.

UPDATE: I’ve been coming here for a few years now and thought I’d just share my hair journey. Jenn (salon owner) is awesome and great with blonde, shadow roots, highlights, and fashion colors too! Took a while to find a place/ stylist that I like and this place is great! Ask for Jenn if you need a PLATINUM platinum 😉 She does lashes too!

In need of a haircut and beard trim, I picked MGB completely at random, as it was nearby another place I had gone to for an errand, and I am certainly happy I stopped! The atmosphere and warmth in the salon is evident, and all of the stylists were busy working and chatting with their customers. I was greeted by Jenn Lynn, who also happened to be the salon owner, and she squeezed me into her busy schedule. In short order, Jenn had my hair cut and trimmed, my eyebrows and beard trimmed and lined up, and also gave me a wash and condition! She was professional, friendly, and did great work. After months of getting decent haircuts at strip-mall chains, it was refreshing to go to a salon. Jenn and MGB have certainly earned a new repeat customer today.

Read reviews and know a friend who was mislead big time on price of services. She also said their was no apology or offer to fix free of charge. Would not recommend to anyone. Long time resident of Grandville
