I had Invisalign with Dr. Sakahee, and it was completely pain-free dentistry—the process was easy and the results are perfect. Zina the hygienist was amazing during cleanings too. I am very disappointed because my experience at this dental office started off extremely positive. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional, and I genuinely enjoyed coming in for my appointments. I felt comfortable and trusted the office while deciding to move forward with Invisalign. I paid $6,000 for Invisalign, and it was clearly agreed upon that this amount would cover the total cost of my treatment. However, I later discovered that the office submitted a $1,500 claim to my insurance for fillings that I never had and do not have, without informing me or obtaining my consent. I was never told these charges would be submitted, and no such procedures were performed.
