Terrible customer service. I love supporting small businesses but they need to at least do the small things right. I waited 20 minutes for nobody to help me. One person was on the phone and went to the back and never came back. I finally asked a hair stylist and she said she would be with me after she finishes. So I waited 5 more minutes and left. They lost my business and whoever else reads this review. Very unfortunate.

My mom and I got facials to celebrate her birthday and Sami was just the best! She was really patient and professional. She took great care of us and we had a wonderful time. I can't wait to go back!

Jimmy brittingham does an amazing job. You will be very happy he does a fantastic cut and highlights. He also showed me how to style the cut .

I had a massage and facial done here and it was amazing! I was late to my appointment due to unforeseen circumstances and they asked to make sure I was doing okay before promptly starting my facial. The facial was awesome! Very relaxing! And the massage has helped tremendously! It was so relaxing. The people were so nice and friendly. I highly highly recommend Metro Spa & Salon!!

This place was wonderful. My husband bought me a gift card here for my birthday. I got to experience the whole works: a mani-pedi, a massage, and a facial. I have never done anything like it before, and it was an amazing experience here. I had three different professionals, and every single one of them knew their craft very well. They were friendly and exuberant, clearly excited to do their jobs and share their time with me. I felt relaxed when I wanted to be relaxed and like I was making friends when I wanted to make friends. I will return.
