Because I'm fat, it's difficult for me to reach my feet and breathe at the same time. So I went to Metro Nails and Spa on Grand Central Blvd in Owings Mills because my cousin recommended it to me. The place was neat, clean, and nicely decorated. Of course, I'm a man so what do I know about interior decor. The people were friendly and efficient. My pedicurist was ready for me as soon as I walked in for my appointment. She was friendly and efficient. I requested an intermediate pedicure because I needed to get my foot calluses filed down and sandpapered. This was done efficiently. There was street parking right outside, and there's a free parking structure across the street if the street parking spaces are full. My main problem is that the employees chat with each other, sometimes from a

I will never go back here. I usually come in for a pedicure but today I decided to get a fill in and asked for French. One of my nails had split in half and I had to beg the lady to remove it as she kept drilling over it. Once she finally took the nail off with the pliers vs soaking it off my finger was bleeding. I had to also ask her if she was going to put anything on it vs just putting another new tip on it with glue. My nails cost $85 for just a fill in and they were sloppy the lines on my French were not even at all and it looked like it was home job. I came back in to talk and show the owner and he was so dismissive and had the nerve to tell me the lady who did my nails “did her best” . How do you tell a customer that? I understand not everyone can do designs but how can she not d

Bad Service!! do not get a fill-in here. this is one of those nail salons that only want to service the piece of nail that grew out. when applying the acrylic he made sure to not brush it up my whole nail which resulted in my tips being extremely thin and prone to breaking after he mechanically drilled the old gel Polish off. and I had to pay 35$ extra to get a proper fill in. i spent $150 by the way 75$ for a fill in!!! 65$ pedi no complaints on the pedi. Mean staff! They are not welcome to criticism. I expressed politely my concern to station 1 instead of correcting the man technique or just saying ok he said i should've did my own nails because that’s how they do here. i think they think they do a good job but it’s trash 🚮 Its very low budget and desperate in there. They trying to

I’m not sure about all the bad reviews but I’ll state my experience. I been here a handful of times and never had an issue, I believe you have to voice what you would like done and if you do not like it during the process speak up so they can fix it. The first picture is a gel mani, I asked for a different base color that I chooses which is 110 with a white tip very thin ! The second photo I got an acrylic overlay with a pink gel polish. I’ve been other times and usually get a gel mani with french and never have any issues and I always get my feet done as well and never paid more than $160 which is not bad at all with prices increasing. Please do not let the bad reviews sir you away they do a good job, you just have to be vocal about what you want and how you want it.

3/9/24 ** UPDATE from original review! Doing laundry and another nail has popped off! To be expected because the nails were so so thin. Nit unless the acrylic is cheap or old! Im over it and them! From one to ZERO STARS I must say I have came here about 6 times before im writing this review. Sunny-is the best in there problem is he is only there Saturday and Sunday and is by appointments only. I got a full set done by "Charlie" and my nails were so thin. Two broke I went to get them fixed and the 1 ladies that were in there couldnt speak or even understand english. So I left, went back and "Charlie" refilled and repaired my nail. While there I showed him the crack in my nail he just put acrylic over it. 2 days later im washing dishes and mopping and boom nail came flying off. Went back
