I have recently started getting laser hair removal at Metro Laser and have been so excited and pleased with the results. The staff is very friendly, and I am glad that they are able to accommodate my busy schedule. From the minute you walk into the office and then into each individual room you realize how much they value cleanliness and aesthetic. I will definitely be trying some of their other services offered in the near future!

My experience at Metro Laser has been fantastic! I’ve had both a dermaplaning facial and a laser session with Jeremy, and he is an excellent esthetician. Jeremy is very patient and detail-oriented—he truly takes his time to explain each step of the service and walks his clients through the entire process. The dermaplaning facial was incredibly relaxing, and the laser session was quick and efficient. The front desk staff are also very professional and friendly. I can’t wait for my next appointment with Jeremy!

I have been going to Metro laser for underarm hair removal for six months now, and I’ve seen a drastic, notable difference from the first session! The staff is lovely and Jeremy, my laser tech, is absolutely awesome! He makes me feel very comfortable every visit and walks me through every session like the pro he is. I’d recommend Metro laser (and Jeremy) to everyone. If you’re hesitating to get it done, let this be your sign!

Update: I had a wonderful, relaxing facial special by Grace. It was very nice, calm room. Mini arm massage. I scheduled another appointment with her. The facial was amazing! Nice staff, offered water (hot day). I really loved their first location on Walnut Street. This location is tougher to get to, but a bigger, new space. I’ve had laser hair removal treatments for years at both locations. At this location, I’d have a different technician each appointment, so results were inconsistent, but ok. My last appointment, I arrived on Time (a few minutes early to check in for my noon Appointment)I was waiting and waiting, without any update from the receptionist. Finally, around 12:15, as i asked the receptionist why I was still waiting as my ride was outside, a customer came out. Turns out, the

I’ve tried a few different laser places in the past and this is my favorite! Very professional and relaxing, clean studio with great results. I recommend Jeremy as he is attentive, friendly, and experienced; I try to get my appointments with him every time. Holly at the front is also so kind and great!
