Landed at Aurora State for a Vans Aircraft tour and needed portable O2 bottle re-filled for trip home. There was NO ONE on the field with oxygen. Kelsey at Vans made a call to Mike at Metal Innovations. He couldn’t have been nicer. Then Conner promptly got me filled and on my way. They treated me like they would a higher end TBM customer spending tens of thousands, even though they were the ones doing me a favor. How you treat others in need always says a lot about how your approach customer service. Thank you Metal Innovations for treating me so well!

I’d like to give a big shout out to METAL INNOVATIONS at KUAO in Aurora, Oregon. They are an authorized TBM facility and helped me out tremendously yesterday. Had a gear fault warning on a TBM 940 while in their neck of the woods late afternoon on a Friday. Jeff Hunter, Mike Bays, and their crew of techs jumped into action. Got on the phone with Daher, troubleshooting the issue, got the plane inside on jacks, and did a gear reset for us while we got dinner in town. They even gave us a shop truck to borrow. Excellent customer service, super fair and knowledgeable, and while they could have told us we’d have to wait until Monday, they instead stayed late and got us back up in the air within a couple hours.
