Messi Heads Hair Salon

I scheduled my daughter an appointment for her hair as a Christmas present. We got there the lady said she didn’t have the color then told my 14 old daughter I’m assuming you want those colors for attention? My daughter left in tears and her feeling were hurt so bad. Then we send a different hair color and she tried to up charge us and tell my daughter who is 13 it wouldn’t look go on her. Absolutely rude customer service how dare you talking to my 13 year old like that.

New to area went to Sandra @ Messi Heads did an AMAZING job touching up my color perfectly (even mixed 2 colors to get good match) & love my haircut! She is a sweet person too!

The lady who used to do my hair closed her shop a couple of years ago, so I've been looking for someone else I feel comfortable with. I've tried a couple of salons in Turkey Creek, but they are way overpriced, and I never felt like they were a good fit for me . This was my 1st visit to Messi Heads Salon. I was greeted the minute I walked through the door and immediately felt welcomed. The salon was neat and clean. I was there for a cut and highlights, so I was there for a couple of hours. Justine was great! I'll definitely be back!

My first appointment with Tracy was amazing. She did highlights and a cut and style on my graying curly hair. The staff is so friendly and the entire process from booking to check out is top notch. I will be staying with Messi Heads and Tracy. If you get a chance, check them out, you won't be disappointed.
