I gave a 10 because the session was so easy and relaxing. This is the second time getting eyelashes done and the experience was amazing. The lady that did my lashes helped me choose the set I want. She explained everything to where I fully understand how to care for my lashes. The lashes look so natural and full. I will be coming back for my refill and I recommend lashes to try them out.

i booked an appointment here after calling ahead to confirm what services were included. i specifically asked if the lash lift, lash tint, and brow lamination were all part of the $89 price listed online. the man who answered (the manager, john) told me yes, all three were included. fast forward to my appointment: the technician (who was the only positive part of this experience) tells me i'm only booked for lash services. when i explained that i had called to confirm, she said she didn't have enough time for the brow lamination but would try to make it work. she was very kind and accommodating, but i should have never been put in that situation in the first place. when it came time to pay, it was $89 plus another $89 . something that was never mentioned on the phone or in the booking proc

I visited Mermaid Beauty Center in Beverly Hills today, and sadly, the experience left a very unpleasant impression. The receptionist wasn’t even at the front desk — she answered the phone remotely and spoke in a rude tone. No professionalism. When I requested a lash extension with an L curl, the technician outright refused to do it. They just wanted to push me out the door. Definitely would not recommend.

Jasmine was so professional, helpful & polite. The clinic is clean, cute & great location. Accessible & easy to find, free parking. Jasmine did a really beautiful job of my lashes. Very well priced, highly recommend. I’ll definitely return.

I’m really sorry to write this review and full disclosure, I had a Groupon so I was paying much less for the OG value of the service. I came early, but because the client before me was late, we pushed back my appointment time. The whole full lash extension took less than 30 minutes and looked very sparse. I was OK with this because she mentioned that it would be a very natural. But although I bought the 120 lash Groupon, there was 0% chance that there was 120 lashes as I could count them all myself. There seem to be around 30 per lash or something. I thought this was all OK and even left paying a 30% tip. However, my lashes fell off, literally within 2 to 3 days. Even though I paid a total of around $50 total and I understand that that is a large discount for a full extension, I don’t beli
