I had a brow shaping with Monica today. The atmosphere was relaxing. Not only do my eyebrows look amazing, I felt so pampered throughout the entire process. I'll be returning for other services in the future. I've also purchased makeup at this store and the ladies are always very helpful.

Monica and Glenda have helped me with all of my skincare concerns. A year ago I had extremely dry and uncomfortable skin from using all of the wrong products, now I am a proud Merle Norman girl and have a healthy glow that I never thought was possible. I wouldn't change it for the world! I love their products and especially the customer service that they deliver, no matter who you are or what your skincare needs may be. Also, Monica's spa services are absolutely AMAZING!! I've experienced Monica's facials and her brow care services and I refuse to go elsewhere. I love my Merle Norman ladies! :)

I will never shop at merle norman ever again, I wanted my money back for products I CAN'T wear, they don't care that there products break out your skin. I don't see how they stay in buisness. I WONT BE BACK THERE EVER AGAIN, and for their return policy, put it in a safe place.

Monica is fantastic! I usually get a brow wax and tint and they look so good afterwards. It is a mini spa experience :) Highly recommended!

I have nothing negative to say about this studio. I always get excellent, personable service. Glenda, Bobby, and Monica are so knowledgeable in their line of care.
