I’ve been a loyal user of Merle Norman products for years, and my recent job change led me to the Rainbow City location—what a delightful discovery! Ellen, the beautiful and incredibly talented stylist there, is absolutely out of this world. Her hair and makeup skills are fabulous, and her in-depth product knowledge means I always leave with the perfect picks for my skin type and style. Ellen’s charm and expertise are so impressive, she should definitely be featured on Merle Norman mailouts to showcase the amazing talent right here in our local community. Absolutely LOVE Merle Norman cosmetics! The staff at this location is amazing. The girls are very friendly, polite, knowledgeable and helpful.

I try to support local brick and mortar stores whenever possible. On-line phone message gave location, hours, and stated closed on Mondays. Needed two basic items: cleansing cream and loose powder. Clerk asked, "Which powder"? I replied "sheer translucence". She said, "We don't have any". When I asked "what loose powder do you have?" Clerk replied, "We don't have any translucence powders." Then I asked "What about the cleansing cream?" She said, "We don't have any".... period. She did did not say "we will be getting in some stock soon" or that " I can order that for you". Not a good way to grow customer base!

Love this place and their makeup they are very friendly,doesn't matter how I go looking in there they are still friendly
