I took my daughter there to get her ears pierced last week and the girls were amazing! So down to earth and sweet. Everyone made Heidi's experience (and mine) enjoyable and easy. Love them!

You can tell right away that they genuinely care about their customers — it’s not just great service, it’s personal. Meredith is incredibly knowledgeable and kind, and she always makes sure we leave completely taken care of and happy. Cynthia at Merle Norman in Wilson is my GIRL! All of the girls that work here, Meredith, Payton, all of them are so sweet and talented and will hype you up in a second. I have been getting my lashes filled here for a while and I don’t trust anywhere else. The spray tans are quick and long lasting, and the facials are so relaxing and worth your money. All of the girls are super down to earth and make you feel comfortable while getting services done. Love this place!

I cannot say enough good things about Jacqueline! I have facials from a few other places in town before, but I’ve never been pampered and spoiled like this! She listened to my skin concerns, educated me on my skin and the products she was using, and helped configure an at home regimen that works! She even texted me the following day to see how my skin was doing! She took her time and was very attentive! She made sure I felt comfortable the entire time! The BEST experience I’ve had!!!
