The lady sure was nice and helpful. This wasn't my normal store. We were staying in Birmingham for my husband's cancer treatment. My mind was in a fog, but bless her she figured out exactly what I needed and even helped me change the foundation color. She even honored my birthday discount even if it wasn't from her store. Love there cosmetics, I have over the years have tried all the trends foundation, but there is absolutely know full coverage will get that u do will Merle , she will never let u down , the ladies always ready to help u look ya best most of the times get a gift i didn’t get one this visit, but I got to go back I was in a rush I got so much more I am out of, I’ll get a gift I am sure of it, who don’t love gifts and its samples u get to try see if u like, I get hooked on something new every time, that’s just genius marketing ladies I got to get and try the new lip oil I am hearing about the new season lip colors got to try at leat two

We went her to get my daughter's ears pierced. What a remarkable place to go, we felt welcome and my daughter felt very safe getting her ears pierced for the first time. After a mishap at school with an earring coming out, they talked us through options and we're very generous when we ended up needed to go back in for a re-piercing. This place has set the bar very high for customer service and I hope to be back soon.

Stacy and her team are amazing! This Merle Norman location is always clean, organized, and everyone is always very kind and helpful! I truly enjoy my visits each time I go. ;)

Wonderful customer service and can't beat Merle Norman products! But it would be nice to see the actual makeup displayed instead of in their boxes.
