Merle Norman Cosmetics Studio

I live in White Plains but drive to Nanuet to this studio. The Nanuet store (just off Route 59) is well managed and always has my makeup in stock. The owner and her staff are pleasant and helpful. During yesterday's visit they recommended a base color different from my usual one. The new color was perfect! Always a joy to stop by when I'm on the other side of the Hudson. They do mail order too.

My name is Susan and I am the owner of this studio, Nancy (who is my mother) started this business in the early 70's and continued to work in the studio until the age of 92 when she passed away. We have been in business for almost 50 years with an outstanding record and clientele who have been with us since the beginning, now their children and grandchildren are our customers who have also become friends. We strive at doing our best to help anyone that walks through our door with their needs. We take care of our customers who become life long customers and we make sure that they are 100 percent satisfied with our products and staff. Because of our clientele and their loyalty to us and our products we were able to make it through the pandemic and I am thankful to them all for their loyalty

I have been buying my makeup at this studio for over 40 years. The staff and products are exceptional. They go out of their way to make sure all of my needs are taken care of. I am constantly complimented on my skin and my makeup. There is no better staff anywhere that is nicer or more knowledgeable about cosmetics.
