Sub par products at best. Poor selection, limited styles and colors. Worst of all the woman running the place may be the snobbiest, rudest, holier than thou woman in Missoula. Dismissive, not helpful, disrespectful and just downright miserable to the point it feels that you inconveniced her by even coming in her store. Horrible vibes, it's worth driving to Spokane for your needs to avoid this condescending woman.

I’m going through chemotherapy so I’ve lost my hair. These women were extremely helpful when I went in to look for a wig. She took the time to find the correct color, helped with different styles. Helped me make sure to find one that I felt confident in. They are very kind and I highly recommend! I’m very happy with my purchases. I will be going back for another wig.

Sandy was SO HELPFUL. I went here to get a wig for chemo related hair loss, and the experience was like saying-yes-to-the-dress. We tried wigs on methodically and gave them a spin in different lights. The wigs aren't cheap, but they're very nice.

I have purchased a few wigs from this location but will not again. In the past, the quality was mediocre to good but i recently purchased "the same wig" that I did in the past and it is half if the volume, not true to length or color and you can clearly see the tag cut out . I believe this is done to prevent customers from looking up the wig they are buying and realizing it's value is much less than $230. Not to mention most of the wigs in the store are unkempt abf tangled and tried on by many people previously. There is no actual new stock in the store. There is only one employee and the last time I was there she was very preocupied w personal matters and not attending to me like I was about to make a $500 purchase. …I needed some extensions and a wig because my hair is falling out because of medical issues. I’m having a very hard time with it and I went in and asked for the extensions first and The woman hastily replied that they don’t have what I’m looking for and have a nice day. Showed me out the store so she could go back to whatever she was doing . Sooooo ya my money went elsewhere and there are other places like Sally’s that are more than willing to help and give you contact for whatever you need. Looking at the comments its just bad service
