I loved my experience at the Sharyland store. My shopping experience was excellent, starting with the convenience of the location. The products are affordable and impressive. The store is very organized and super clean. I love stopping by often to pick up products for myself and to gift.

I started using Merle products in 2021 as it was recommend my mother. I immediately fell in love with the quality from the skincare to the makeup. I was introduced to each product and explained the purpose of each. Through Ana’s step by step process I was able to discover which skincare group best suited my skin type and as well as foundation finish. Overall, the customer service provided by Ana is fantastic and the area it is located is very convenient with accessible parking and not too bad traffic.

I visited this Merle Norman while visiting family during the holidays. Ana was very knowledgeable on the skin care line. I was very impressed with Ana’s passion for the Merle Norman line. Since I do not live in RGV she offered to ship out my future orders to me. Recently I reached to her for some products and just a few days later the products were in my mailbox. Thank you Ana!
