My 9 and 11 year olds had their ears pierced here. Beyond absolutely sterile and professional method using a piercing gun, Kim was absolutely amazing with both my girls. My 9 year old was terrified but determined to get her ears pierced. Kim went far above and beyond to help her through every step of this very big ear piercing story. She also did a fabulous job matching foundation and providing contouring and under eye brightening techniques for me. 10 gold stars for Kim Poole at Merle Norman! You have three loyal customers!!
