Merle Norman Cosmetics Studio

I am well into my 80’s . I have used Merle Norman cosmetics for 60 + years, because my mother did (and she modeled). She nor I have looked our age ( as we have been told) as our skin is wrinkle free. I can only give credit to the makeup ( only MerleNorman’s) we used. The personal service we get at the store is the best also.

Just moved to Lancaster from NC....was passing by the store...came in left with two products, a few samples and got to register for two different raffles!! The customer service rep. name Shae, was so kind. She made my husband and I feel welcome in the store and new background about all cosmetics in the store. She was able to answer all of our questions. Her aura was calm and pleasant! Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I called to order my foundation to have it mailed to me, since we don't have a studio near us. I was greeted and helped by the friendliest employee. My order came in a timely manner, even when she told me the product was on back order. I can't express how happy I am with this studio.

A warm friendly place with excellent products and a wonderful owner, Shea, who bends over backwards for everyone to give excellent customer service. As a person with sensitive skin, I've been using these products for 20 years and I love it all! 👍😊

Wife discovered Merle Norman products while traveling in the South. The owner here is one of the best in her desire to help and knowledge of products.
