Don’t bother trying to go to the store better off ordering online. They are never there during the hours they have posted on the door/website. Waste of time and gas. Seems like every Merle Norman worker just goes when they feel like it.

Rude and shallow owner the customer service is a nightmare. Not helpful and lacking in knowledge. Plus lack of stocking high demand products. A complete waste of my time and gas. Not a clean environment either. I don’t see this store staying in business. It is worth the trip to go buy someplace else and start using other brands. If I pay good money I can expect good service and products. Never going back.

Wonderful atmosphere. Very knowledgable and kind staff. Not pushy, offers to show you new products but does not push purchasing the product on you. Love this place. Will buy all of my products here from now on.
