Merle Norman Cosmetics Studio

I walked into Merle Norman today without an appointment. Although everyone was very busy, I was warmly greeted immediately by Fran. After taking care of her previous customer, she gave me her full, undivided attention. She spent over an hour with me, patiently helping me find the right products and colors of foundation, powder, concealer and cheek color. She was very caring, honest and knowledgeable, wanting me to be completely satisfied with my new make up. She is a definite asset to Merle Norman.

Exceptional services from Barbara. She tried two base coverage... and the second was perfect. I felt like I was visiting a friend. This Merle Norman store is perfect.

I know the new owners these are great people right there pillars of the community i highly recommend this establishment

The ladies ARE AWESOME that work in here! Excellent customer service and had a fun time with them! I ‘treated’ myself to some new beautiful, eye shadow smudge sticks and shadow! Merle Norman still has FABULOUS PRODUCTS!

I went to see Kim for permanent makeup after a recommendation and I am disappointed to say the least. The consultation consisted of shaving most of one side of my eyebrows off and shading in where she was going to apply ... so yeah if I had not wanted to do it it was too late right there.. then she did them and they were very lopsided ... just awful.. she was very proud and kept bragging about how long she had been doing this.. she later offered to give me a refund which of course never happened. Told me "Botox" would fix it.. needless to say I went elsewhere and had them corrected, because she said she couldn't do anything else. I shared with her that I got them corrected and how much it cost me since she said she was going to send me a refund.. so this is not the kind of customer servi
