Merle Norman Cosmetics Studio

I have been to this location on 2 different occasions and had the same experience AMAZING!! The store was beautiful, clean and the atmosphere was very inviting. I had my makeup done both times and was pleasantly surprised at how great she made me look and feel. The make up artist was professional and caring and listened to everything I said and answered all of my questions. She gave me suggestions on what products to use for my skin type and helped me purchase what I needed. While I was there in the chair she had several customers come in at which time she was very welcoming and polite and never hurried them out the door. You could tell she loves what she does. I will most def go back and I have recommended her and this store to many ladies.

Absolutely love this Merle location! I've had my makeup done there multiple times and it always looks incredible. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and so kind. The boutique selection always has something I need to add to my closet too.

I have been going to (this) Merle Noman for over 24 years. (I say this because they have moved and had different owners over the years) Merle Norman was the makeup I insisted my teen daughter use for her first make up. I have always enjoyed my visits however, today's visit was NOT exceptional or even TYPICAL of Merle Norman. There was only one stylist and an other customer there but we were in no hurry. They have moved since I was there last. When I casually mentioned the move DURING checkout the stylist was not as friendly as I expected, rather defensive. I casually mentioned that I did not know they had moved and was surprised. She immediately became defensive by saying they sent emails, mail, etc but missed some......AND NEVER had an apology. I did NOT expect an apology in fact

I had the same experience as Kristie in the previous comment. Very rude manager. Every time we visited the store, same treatment, so it wasn’t just a one time , having a bad day type of thing. Hasn’t been the same since Lori left 😢. Have begun ordering online. Very disappointed.

Lori and all of the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable about the products. It's always fun atmosphere to stop in and try some makeup or skin care. I can't say enough about the high quality of their products and the boutique items are all so cute!
