I went there to look at wigs. I didn't have a clue about wigs. Nancy was very helpful and she explained things very well. It can be little overwhelming but she put me at ease and took her time explaining everything. Her staff is great too. I bought 2 wigs and had some trouble with one of them. I came in and she took her time explain and we fixed the problem. If you need a wig this is the place to go.

I have always had great service at the College Station store, however this last visit didn't go so well. Basically two of the employees were sweet and helpful but...... The 3rd person I'm assuming was the owner didn't go as well. She Basically said my face needed contouring to make it slim. I went in for lotion not make up. Then takes some sample away from me that her employees gave me because they cost her 79 cents....Then gave me lectures on my health. Wasn't a pleasant experience to say the least . Less is more and learn to read your audience
