I was fit in immediately to assist me in getting ready for my 60th class reunion tonight. I am not someone who normally wears make up, but with her expertise I was amazed at what a difference the products could make. I may be a committed Merle Norman customer from this date forward!

I have gotten four massages from two different ladies at Merle Norman and they have always been excellent. The atmosphere is perfect, along with the music. The only reason I gave four stars is because of the pricing, it’s a tad high. However, they are extremely flexible with scheduling and last minute call ins.

When I went by Merle Norman in Brunswick, GA one day last week, I was very disappointed. First of all, the lady waiting on me wasn’t very helpful. Most of the items I wanted were not in stock. After matching my skin to a specific makeup shade, she forgot to put the makeup I chose in my bag.

I love coming to Merle Norman for a facial. Lori does an amazing job at facials! She definitely has a passion for what she does and makes you feel so relaxed! I try to get a facial at least every 6 months. All I have to do is text her and she will schedule me an appt as soon as one is available. The girls at the front counter are always so nice and helpful as well!
